Body Builder Chili

With it snowing (AGAIN!!!), it's time for some chili ---some hard core body builder protein packed chili! I made this dish in the crocpot. I not only needed to save time (work, school, wrestling, workouts) but to have our home filled with love smells. The kind of love smell that envelopes you in it's deep, warm, and delicious aroma filled arms. A goodness that hollers with hopefully expectancy, "Welcome Home! I Missed You!" I hope this pot of yumminess warms up your night and powers you through your next workout!

Body Builder Chili

1 1/2 Lbs. Chicken Thigh
1 Can of Pinto Beans
1 Can of Red Kidney Beans
1 Can of Black Beans
1 Package of Frozen Corn
2 Packets of Taco Seasoning
2 Cups of Water
Salt
Pepper

Add Chicken Thighs and
1 Packet of Taco Seasoning to Croc
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Rub Seasoning into Chicken
Cook on High for 3-4hours 

After 3-4 Hours
Take Chicken Out and Shred

Open Cans -Do Not Drain!!
Open Corn -Do Not Cook!!

Add Beans to Croc
Juice and All

Add Frozen Corn to Croc

Add 2nd Packet of Taco Seasoning to Croc
Add 2 Cups of Water

Cook on High for 3-4

Top with Cheese and/or Sour Cream
Serve with Warm Corn Tortillas
Enjoy!
