Body Builder Fried Chicken
2 Packages Chicken Drum Sticks
Crumb Mixture
2 Bags of Croutons
2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tb Parsley
1 Tb Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Egg Wash
2 eggs
1/2 Tb Paprika
Salt Pepper
Preheat Oven 425 Degrees
Crumb Mixture
I used cheese and garlic and butter and garlic croutons
to kick up the flavor of my crumb mixture
Pour both bags in Ninja
(Blender, Food Processor)
Pulse till finely ground
Pour ground crumbs into a large, wide bowl
Add rest of crumb ingredients and mix together
Chicken
Make sure chicken is thawed completely
Put in frig over night or
Nook on defrost setting till thawed
Egg Wash
Add both eggs and spices to bowl
Mix well with a fork
Cook It Up
Set up your work station like so:
I like to line my pans with parchment paper for easy clean up.
'Wash' leg with egg
(Use right hand for wet)
Coat leg with crumb mixture
(Use left hand for dry)
Set on lined pan
I like to alternate legs like so:
Cook for 1hr or till golden brown and cooked through
Serve with rice and grilled veggies!
