Flavor Explosion Croc Chicken

Bursting with flavor, you'll be shocked at how small of a time commitment is needed to prepare this yummy chicken dish!! Just dump it in, set your heat, and go!

1 lbs of thighs (I use thigh in the croc because breast gets too dry)
1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)

Jar of chopped Peperoncini
Jar of pickled Jalapenos
Red Taco Sauce
2 Cloves of Garlic (pressed)

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder
Paprika
Cumin
Chili Powder
Salt
Pepper

Get all your Ingredients together

Don't forget your croc!

Drain and rinse

Put chicken on the bottom
Add all ingredients above
(as much as you want)

I did a couple 'fork pulls' of both the Peperoncini  and Jalapenos.
I have a heavy hand with spice; if I had to guess the
measurement, its approx 1-2 tbs of each spice.

Add juice from the Peperoncini (1/4-1/2 cup)
and juice from the Jalapenos (1/4-1/2 cup)
Add 5-7 dollops of the taco sauce

This not only flavors the meat but is the only liquid you'll be using.

Low 6-8hrs
High 2-4hrs

Shred chicken
Stir together with other ingredients and liquid.

Serve over rice and veggies
Serve as the filling for Taco Tuesday
Use as a stuffing for Enchiladas
Serve on a hoagie for Sloppy Jose's
Serve over noodles and top with a dollop of Sour Cream
Mexican Pizza
Tortilla Roll-Ups
The possibilities are endless!
