Stuffed Breakfast Loaves

What you'll need:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1 French Bread Loaf
Deli Sliced Cheese
Shredded Cheese
1 lb of Chicken Sausage (any flavor)
6 Eggs (Beat with 1/2 cup Half-n-Half)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
Sage
Maple Syrup




Cut Loaf in Half
Press down insides with your thumbs to make 'wells'
Place Deli Sliced Cheese in and press down again
I used Provolone and Swiss

Note: Don't skip this part, it helps support all of the toppings.

Brown Sausage
Add: Spices (as much as you'd like)
and a few Tablespoons of Maple Syrup

I added some left over sauteed Kale for some greens

Dived between the loaves

Cook your Beaten Egg Mixture
Add Salt and Pepper

Note: Cook eggs until almost done
Baking will cook them the rest of the way (you don't want dry eggs)

Add Shredded Cheese
I used about 1 cup

Cook for 15-20 mins
Till cheese is melted and bread starts to slightly brown

I cut with a Pizza Cutter
Serve with Fruit Salad

Enjoy!

Note: We serve this on Wednesdays, which is our 'Breakfast for Dinner' night! Delish!
