Croc Pot Green Enchiladas




Ingredients (Makes 18 servings)

Directions
1.
Crush garlic and cook with meat.
2.
Add beans and green chilies to meat.
3.
Pour a little sauce on bottom of crocpot.
4.
Layer in a crocpot: tortillas, cottage cheese, sauce, meat mixture, and cheese.
 
5.
Continue till all is gone. About 4 layers.
6.
Cook high 2-4hrs. low 6-8hrs
7.
1 cup servings / 299 calories
 
**Serve with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole.**

Use any brand, small 4oz can of chopped green chilies. Use any brand green enchilada sauce, the biggest can.
 Use any brand white beans; regular size can. Use any brand 2% cottage cheese (use the entire tub).
