I'm allergic to work!

Holy bee-geebers am I one tired cat! I sat pondering this morning (while I was supposed to be getting ready for work) why the hey getting up early is like kryptonite for me! I've had the last two weeks off for Christmas break, and stayed up till 1-3am most nights, then was up at 7-9am everyday --ready to go. Sometimes I was a little tired but cheery and happy. And I have to add that I was able to quit taking my allergy meds while on vacay because I found that I didn't need them anymore.
My Archenemies
Then I go back to work. I'm in bed every night by 10:30-ish and asleep, no later than 11:15pm. I wake up at 5:20am to make sure the oldest is in the shower then go back to bed till 6am; that's when I wake up the middle one --then I go back to bed. Both boys wake me about about 6:30 to say goodbye, then (yep, you guessed it) I go back to bed. I finally get up at 6:50am, read my bible then get into the shower about 7am-ish.

Add up my night owl hours and you have about 6hrs of sleep which is about the same for my work day hours. However, I never feel exhausted when I'm up late; it's only work mornings when I feel like I've been hit by a bus! Lol!!

So this week I'm back to work, back on my allergy meds, and back to feeling so tired that my hair hurts! You know what I'm saying!?! lol!!

John deduces that my internal clock has been ruined since my teen years! I have worked nights since I was 16. I vividly remember staying up until 2am (watching Bevis and Butthead, shameful, I know! lol!) then getting up at 6-7am to go to school. Then I partied a lot! I don't need to feed stories to your imaginations for you to know what these years looked like. Then I settle down with my Johnny and start a family, where I continue to work nights so I can stay home with the boys ---which I did so until about 2 years ago. I think he is right, I'm a night owl at heart, and I don't think a  schedule change is going to reverse that!
I'm gonna party like it's 1999!
I deduce! I'm allergic to work! (hahaha!!) Yep, cause I have to take allergy pills only when I'm working. I sneeze me head off at 10:30pm only one work night (I'm totally serious) and sneeze like crazy at 7am(only on work mornings)! I have a stomach ache most mornings and very puffy eyes every night. My attitude swells and I'm prone to emotional outbreaks; including but not limited to occasional leaks springing up in my eyes (Lol), and yawn so frequently I hyperventilate! Lol! So see, I'm allergic to work! Do you think my boss would buy that line? Hmmm?
