LowCal Gluten Free Sammies and Hot Doggies

Gluten free and totally scrumptious; you won't feel left out or deprived of bready-goodness any longer! These are two ways I get to enjoy our family favs w/out having to buy special (and $$) breads to partake.
1st: Pineapple-y Sammies
2nd: Grilled Hot Doggies





Cheese Crusted Corn Tortillas
You can use the following recipe;
 add whatever kind of shredded cheese you like best
Parm Crusted Tortillas



Add Smoked Turkey
Grilled Pineapple
No cheese necessary since your 'buns' are already cheese crusted!
Instead of mayo, I added a dollop of Sour Cream and dotted with Sriracha
You can add lettuce, tomato, pickles, ect!



Grill some Doggies (GF (all beef, no nitrates))
Eat Plain
....or
Add (GF) Ketchup and Mustard
**Excuse the chipped plate; my children do the dishes! lol**
....or


Add 'The Works'!
Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Lettuce, Onion (grilled)
Whatever meets your fancy!
